the police are there giving people tickets. theres double decker buses. the windows dont open. the people are knowledgable if you ask them for directions

Not reliable... comes late most of the time... to all the tourist buy the passes in bus terminal instead of paying inside the sdx or deuce bus it's a scam if u buy it inside the deuce and sdx... there's not even a train or something in Vegas to get from downtown Vegas to Henderson or summerlin... if u don't own a car ur more likely have to deal with the bus...

I MUST take a brief five minutes to let the public know that their not ALL bad. Just this morning on the Deuce I was LITERALLY Running to the bus as he was pulling away,(as I was about to stop) I realized he STOPPED ( yes waited) if ANYONE knows the Usual bus drivers Very Seldom would they wait. Let alone STOP!!!! I just want to say THANK YOU to the driver of this bus this morning!!!!

The transit center is heavily monitored by armed security on a twenty four basis. I've noticed that law enforcement would come over to question passengers regarding inappropriate behavior or make arrests, which occurred on numerous occasions. The building is very well lit and there are no dark areas. There's free Wi-Fi available when you're waiting inside. If you need to charge your cell phone, the lobby area has a charging station. I've observed passengers getting in to heated arguments at the charging station, and security had to intervene. Since the guest service window isn't open for twenty four hours, you can purchase bus fare through the representatives during normal business hours, on residential bus routes or ticket vending machines. The RTC introduced an app for passengers who can purchase bus fare on their smart phone, which in my opinion is very convenient. Be prepared to deal with a passenger or a homeless person who will ask you for change to take the bus.
